Yes, we will provide a venue to meet your needs. However, if you have a specific venue or access to your own facilities we are happy to make an accommodation. 

We can accommodate nearly any group size! We have successfully held Undokai with as few as 10 people, as well as with groups exceeding 5,000.

Each Undokai is customized to meet your specific needs. We can accommodate events as short as two hours or as long as a full day.

While the food costs are included in the final estimate, we are not the ones in the kitchen. We have a network of catering options (approved by our Japanese staff!) for you to choose from. Alternatively, you can organize your own meals if you’d prefer.
