Founded in 2007, Undokaiya Co. Ltd. began during a time when new challenges emerged in the workplace. Communication breakdowns occurred between co-workers and organizations seriously lacked unity.
As a result, Founder Takaaki Yoneji, realized that developing an inclusive Undokai System based on the Undokai tradition would produce results.
Thirteen years later, over 500,000 participants have joined and Undokai has become one of the most popular forms of employee engagement in Japan!
